Terms of Service

Sayd provides Speech-to-Text (STT) API services, including real-time audio stream transcription and AI-powered text cleaning. Services are delivered via REST API and WebSocket interfaces.

• You must register an account and obtain an API Key to use the service
• You are responsible for safeguarding your API Key and must not share it
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API Key
• If you suspect your API Key has been compromised, regenerate it immediately in the console

You may not use Sayd services for:

• Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Processing known illegal content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, attack, or disrupt the service
• Automated abuse beyond reasonable usage
• Reselling or redistributing API access (unless authorized in writing)

• New accounts receive a $5.00 free credit
• Usage beyond the free credit is billed by consumption (transcription minutes × unit price)

• We use Stripe for payment processing — your payment information is securely managed by Stripe
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice

• Your content is yours: You retain all intellectual property rights to the audio content and transcription results you submit through our API
• Our service is ours: Sayd's brand, code, API design, and documentation are protected by intellectual property law
• We make no ownership claims over your content

• Transcription results are generated by AI models — we do not guarantee 100% accuracy
• The service is currently in its early stage — no SLA (Service Level Agreement) is offered
• We make best efforts to maintain service stability but are not liable for losses due to service interruptions
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied

• You may delete your account and stop using the service at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
• Upon termination, we will delete your account data (voice and text data is never stored in the first place)

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
