Account information: Email address and name provided during registration.

Usage logs: API call counts, transcription duration, timestamps, and other metadata for billing and analytics.

Voice and text data: Audio streams and transcription results sent through our API. This data exists only briefly in server memory during processing and is discarded immediately after — no persistent storage whatsoever.

• All API communication uses TLS encryption in transit
• Account data storage uses encryption at rest
• Infrastructure runs on AWS with physical security and network isolation
• API Key authentication ensures permission isolation

You can at any time:

• Delete your account: Contact us or use settings to delete — we'll remove all associated data
• Export your data: Request an export of your account information and usage records
• Withdraw consent: Simply stop using the service — we don't retain any voice or text data anyway

We use essential cookies to maintain login sessions and user preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics is used for anonymous traffic statistics.

If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
